Website design & build for Charities Trust
UX, design & build to support charity re-brand
Charities Trust processes over 3m payroll donations every year to benefit over 23,000 charities across the UK.
As part of their recent rebrand, they engaged MCX to design and build a new website. Working across the business, we helped them define new brand messaging, re-structure their service offering and agree a new information architecture.
The wireframing process surfaced desktop, tablet & mobile user experiences, which we then brought to life with a fresh, vibrant design that showcases the organisation’s new brand.

The build was undertaken on WordPress and the site is hosted and supported by us on a long-term basis.
We wrote the copy and meta-data, sourced the imagery, optimised page-speed, implemented tracking and managed the launch. In short, we configured the site to simply fly in search.
The result is a stunning new website for Charities Trust – one that will support the organisation as the number of donations it has processed passes the billion mark.
